2K Cricket, JetSynthesys’ latest in the sports genre enters early access for Android

With the cricket action now live with IPL, JetSynthesys, the developers behind multiple hit mobile cricket titles such as Sachin Saga Cricket Champions and Sachin Saga Pro Cricket have come up with another title in the genre named 2K Cricket, currently in the early access phase.

2K Cricket brings you quick multiplayer matches to enjoy

I was confused with the name of the title, I did think at first there was the 2K element in the game, but guess not. Gameplay follows your cricket core, but the game isn’t what you expect. No offline modes, be it Quick Match or Career mode. This is a full multiplayer title, where you can play quick matches against others, with just two overs per side.

The game looks good and plays smoothly, and you control everything with simple swipes. You’ll have four batsmen and two bowlers on your team, and every decision you make is crucial. The gameplay is generic, no complaints there. But what I was not happy with was the commentary. It is purely AI, and that doesn’t bring the excitement on board with the experience. The same goes for player faces.

Returning to the features, you can build your dream team by opening packs, improving your players, and unlocking famous cricket grounds worldwide. Whether you’re a serious gamer or want to have fun, 2K Cricket has something for every cricket fan. I say it’s perfect for playing on your phone when you’re on the move.

As of now, we have the early access version of 2K Cricket on Android via Google Play Store. The regions haven’t been announced officially, but the game is available in South Asian countries like India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. If you can download the game, pretty good, else wait for the iOS or global release announcement from the developers.
