How to get the Phetyr armor set
To get a new one Fethyr Armor Set in the Dark Horizon DLC you need access to Logistic bridge dungeonis an area which can appear randomly in the world.
If you play One Shot Adventure, the dungeon will definitely appear in your game, but you can always rewind the Dark Horizon DLC until you get the Logistics Bridge.
