My hero Academy introduced some of the most horrific and powerful villains in anime, such as Tomura Shigaraki, all for one, overhaul and many others. These iconic antagonists were able to defeat many famous characters, as well as having a huge negative impact on their world.

But not everyone can be as powerful as them, because this series also introduced a good number of weak and minor supervisals that the characters were able to stop pretty easily (and some of them even turned to good sides after the defeat!). Chitose Kizuki (curiously)

One of the few villains in a series that actually died

Not only does it not seem particularly powerful, but never used it at any point of history.

The weakest nominee

Nomus is a bunch of artificial villains created by all for one and the cud. From the moment of their introduction into the USJ arc, they have repeatedly proved the deadly fighting, mainly because of their enhanced bodies and the ability to simultaneously possess several quirks that were given to them by the evil.

But, strangely enough, not every nomu was designed as a giant and stopped hippopotamus, seeing some of them were small, powerless and weak little creatures. The most famous example was JohnnyA small special nomine, which the doctor of Harak kept as pets, but which also had a decisive role: to transport other scoundrels around his deformation (although he gave him serious tonsillitis). However, Mirko did without much effort and unceremoniously killed Johnny during the climate raid of the heroes on the jacket general hospital, which prevented the doctor's escape.
