As one of the top commanders of the Revolutionary Army, Karasu knows how to use Haki weaponry and observation. His greatest feat so far was fighting Admiral Fuhitora at Marihoa and coming out completely unscathed.

Vista was the commander of the 5th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. He joined the crew decades ago and stayed with his captain until his death. Considering he's been with the team for so long, it's clear that he must have crossed swords with a lot of talented fighters.

Vista uses two swords in battle and his attacks create flower petals. Whether these are the results of the devil fruit remains unknown. He encountered Dracula Mihok in Marineford and was able to stand up to him with no problem. The strongest swordsman in the world even admitted that Vista was a great fighter and that only a fool would not have heard of him.

Law stayed with them until he was picked up by Corazon, who saved his life by giving him the Ope Ope no Mi.

The Devil Fruit not only helped Luo heal, but also made him strong enough to fight off any threats. Law became extremely proficient in the use of the Devil Fruit and eventually awakened it. His greatest feat was destroying Big Mom with the help of Eustace Kidd.

3 Ben Beckman

Some time after the timeskip, he managed to defeat Eustace Kidd and even cut off his left hand. The Devil Fruit has one of the highest offensive powers in One Piece, allowing it to bypass the toughest defenses with little to no trouble.
