While the other members of Kaido's Tobiroppo come across as quiet and mysterious characters, Ulti is the complete opposite, always shouting and making sure she's the center of attention. This is mostly to the annoyance of her brother, Paige the First, who is always on the receiving end of her insults.

Ulti doesn't even stop flailing when she runs into a new opponent, as shown when she humiliates Nami during their confrontation in the third act of the Wano arc. Ulti constantly seems to have more energy than she knows what to do with, resulting in her being a very loud and outgoing member of Team Tobiroppo.

7 Sanji's Windsmoke

Despite his lonely childhood, Sanji became an extrovert thanks to his work as a chef

Although Sanji was a lonely outcast in his family when he was young, he grew up to be a very cheerful and outgoing person who always brings a lot of joy to the Straw Hat team. Sanji's outgoing personality makes a lot of sense when you consider that he has worked as a chef for many years and interacted with hundreds, if not thousands, of customers during his time at Baratie.

However, there were times when Sanji spoke out loud when he probably shouldn't, especially when he was around attractive women. Instead of letting his tragic childhood isolate him, Sanji chose to embrace his new friends who are always there to support him on his journey to One Piece.

6 Queen

Must always be the center of attention

The Queen and King, Kaido's two right-hand men, are complete opposites of each other in terms of personality. While King is the silent, stoic type, Quinn is an attention-seeking character, as seen when he puts on an entire performance in Anigashima where he can be seen doing several moves on stage for all to admire.

During the performance shown, all of Kaido's soldiers seem to be captivated by Queen, indicating that he is the type of guy whose infectious charisma makes everyone want to be around him. The amount of talking he does throughout the Wano arc also suggests that he loves the sound of his own voice and rarely closes his mouth when he's on screen.

5 Big mom

Unlike her fellow Yonko, Kaido, who can often be seen drinking away her sorrows alone, Big Mom is always surrounded by people—or, to be more precise, her friends. Even when she's napping or digging into yet another giant cake, she'll always have animate inanimate objects flying around her, or one of her many children who make up her crew to accompany her.

As seen in the Whole Cake Island arc, Big Mom also really likes to organize big and elaborate events for her and her family. Of course, this arc also showed that messing up such encounters, and especially removing some of the food, can turn her into a crazed hippopotamus, but Big Mom nonetheless appears to be an extrovert from what fans have seen of her.

4 Donquixote Doflamingo

An extroverted villain who always says whatever comes to his mind

Brash, cocky, and unapologetically rude, Doflamingo is a character who rarely thinks before he speaks, and as a result he speaks his mind many times throughout the story. When he's not giving loud and obnoxious speeches about the state of the world for all to hear, Doflamingo enjoys spending time with his new family and humiliating the citizens of Dressrose who are forced to serve under his leadership.

Many fans One Piece will draw comparisons between Doflamingo and Crocodile, but while the latter is a more withdrawn and secretive personality, Doflamingo always tries to make his presence known, which is evident through his flamboyant dress sense. The fact that Doffy was locked up in Impel Down with seemingly no one to talk to must be killing him inside given his extroverted personality.

3 Portgas D. Ace

The same cheerful person as his younger brother

Every time Gol D. Roger appears in flashbacks, always seen having fun with his teammates – and sometimes even his enemies. The legendary pirate seemed to love nothing more than to drink and sing merry pirate songs aboard his ship, but he also socialized with all the places he came across on his travels, and he even sat down to chat with Whitebeard a few times.

He has also been shown to be a character who always says whatever is on his mind, no matter how inappropriate or random, which is very similar to Luffy. From the little glimpses of Roger's past that were shown, there's no doubt that being on his ship would be a great blast considering how much he liked to socialize.

Luffy is also the type of character whose boundless energy will always see him rush into action head-on rather than fret or worry about the consequences. It all adds up to a very outgoing and friendly captain who has been an absolute joy to watch since he first appeared on the series.
