Popular shooter from live service Final is the latest addition to the growing list of enhanced games for the PlayStation 5 Pro. Although developer Embark Studios is yet to reveal any details Final PS5 Pro patch, preliminary testing shows that the first-person shooter runs smoother on the upgraded console.
Developed by Embark Studios and published by Nexon, Final launched in December 2023 and immediately caught the attention of players with its unique game show concept. Essentially a PvP first-person shooter, FinalThe gameplay cycle involves two teams battling against each other in a series of combat-oriented game modes. The game's widely destructible environment adds to the fun and encourages players to strategize. A short miracle, so what Final scored 10 million players in just 15 days after release.

The studio has announced a patch for PS5 Pro Final at the 2024 Golden Joystick Awards, but strangely didn't specify what players can expect from the upgraded version of the shooter. It looks like the final for the PS5 Pro will be easy
YouTuber PS5 Pro Rob tested Final after the PS5 Pro patch came out recently, but the improvements are not even listed in the game. They noted that FinalThe video settings menu doesn't have graphics toggles on the PS5 Pro, which is rather surprising since most other enhanced PS5 Pro games have performance and fidelity settings that clearly outline what they're supposed to do. It also turns out that Final does not provide a high refresh rate of 120 Hz for PS5 Pro users, which is a shame, as a smoother frame rate is essential for first-person shooters. PS5 Pro Rob noticed this Final it looks like it's running at a more consistent 60fps on the PS5 Pro, but without a proper framerate graph it's hard to be sure.
