There are even some lucrative double experience tokens, and the final reward is a brand new weapon: the AMR Sniper Rifle Mod 4. On Reddit, various users are sharing similar posts about how they started the event with thousands of Jolly Archies already available. For reference, the most expensive reward in the event costs just 50 Jolly Archies, but one player started with over 20,000, meaning they can unlock every cosmetic item and new weapon in an instant.

However, not everyone suffers from this error. While some report that they started the event with thousands of Jolly Archies, others like RMennie say they started with nothing. The bug also appears to have divided the community, with some saying they were happy not to have to do it over the festive period, while others said they were “looking forward to it”. Since its release on October 25. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hosted several in-game events, many of which allowed users to unlock brand new weapons. However, one of the first events in the game caused controversy as Black Ops 6 players could pay to unlock new event weapons early. The Sirin 9mm pistol was supposed to give players a reason to work in the Hit List event, but shortly after the event began, Activision added a new Sirin 9mm blueprint kit to the in-game store that allowed users to unlock the base weapon instantly.
