We sat down with the composer Olivier Derieri to tell about the search for the new sound of the next Dying Light recording and about what has changed after the death of light 2.
Kyle Crane – A changed man in the beast and players will worry this
To begin with, Smith called the return to the role of Crane “pride”, although the return after the decade is really feeling old. Speaking of changes, Crane as a character was very clearly influenced by experiments, and this is not how we, as players, remember him.
These changes in the characters pushed Smith to Ante when it comes to reflecting the crane while tying things together.
“This Kyle is much darker,” he explained. “He suffered so much injuries in the hands of the antagonist, and so we have to realize this, trying to transfer the connection between Kyle Crane Dying Light 1 and this version of Kyle Crane, which occurs many years later.”
However, these changes do not mean that Kyle Cren, which we played, as in 2015, is not there yet, and Smith confessed to join this person at the points.
“Kyle dies light 1 more sarcastic and try to sort through some.”
Given that we in May, hope it won't be too long before the release date will be finalized so we can all see how Smith's performance develops. Well, it also feel old because 10 years is really long.
