The current patch is less than halfway through, and fans are already planning to launch it Honkai: Star Rail Sunday and fugue version 2.7. Both supports can fit nicely into hypercarry/follow-up and break campaigns. While both are exciting releases, their item types are already quite common. Sunday shares Imaginary with nine other characters, while Fugue currently shares Fire with 10. Honkai: Star Rail could make their overall roster more diverse, and it should start with Element, which seems to have fallen by the wayside for almost a year now.
If the character type matches the opponent's weakness Honkai: Star Railthey deal durability damage to that opponent. When a player depletes an enemy's Toughness gauge, they deal one Weakness damage and delay that enemy's effect for at least one turn. Ally units also deal slightly more damage to an enemy hit by Weakness. Some items also have special effects, such as damage over time and further action delays. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the player to invest in units of different types.

The rumored Honkai: Star Rail feature could be a good sign for Astral Express
A new feature rumored to be coming to Honkai: Star Rail's Astral Express could be good news for enthusiasts looking for more things to do on the train.
Why Honkai: Star Rail needs to expand its Ice roster
The current number of Ice characters in the HRV a total of eight, tied with Lightning and trailing only seven units of Wind. The game has already been liked by Wind and Lightning with Feixiao and Moze. So it's time to do the same for Ice. There are many great reasons to give this cool item the attention it deserves.
Ice's Limited DPS units are rare
Ice has some useful 4 stars like Pela and Herta. However, it lacks a good 5 star, with Ruan Mei's last limited release in version 1.6 almost a year ago. A new limited unit is long overdue for this element type, preferably DPS as the main damage dealer Ice Jingliu recently fell out of the meta. New Destruction characters like Firefly and Yunli can consistently deal better damage than her with fewer tradeoffs.
HRV has yet to release a support unit that matches Jingliu perfectly, such as Sparkle for Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae and Jiaoqiu for Acheron. If he doesn't plan to do it anytime soon, he should add Jingliu's successor with the new Ice DPS. Since this type already has Hunt and Destruction characters, it only makes sense for the new damage dealer to go the Erudition route. The five-star Herta fits this category perfectly.
Ice's Weakness Break Mechanic is one of the best in the game
The best ways to get an edge in turn-based RPGs like HRV are to make your characters act as much as possible, delay the enemy's actions as much as possible, or both. Ice characters are experts of the second category.
Ice units freeze enemies after breaking their weakness. While the opponent is frozen, they cannot take any actions for the duration of this turn. Once thawed, they will take additional ice damage on their next turn and still cannot act. However, their next turn will be 50% earlier.
It would be interesting to see more modern characters use this weakness breaking effect. The new Ice DPS can deal massive damage or gain resources such as extra energy when hitting Frozen opponents. It would also be interesting to see the ability to extend an enemy's frozen state or reduce their speed when they thaw, like Welt's slow mechanic. Ice can even venture into damage over time (DOT) territory by introducing the freeze mechanic. This item has a lot of potential and deserves to be in the spotlight again. It is possible Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.0 could bless Ice with some great new characters.
