Play Together announced a major update to its in-game pet system

HAEGIN has declared a significant update to the pet system within their mobile casual social network game, Play Together.

New ‘Pet Paradise’ unveils revolutionary retriever pet in Play Together

In the wintry landscape of Kaia Island, the latest addition to the pet collection in Play Together has arrived—introducing the groundbreaking Huge Pet. This exceptional companion, found at the reinvigorated Pet Paradise, has the potential to evolve into a remarkable retriever as players establish a deeper connection through interactions. The Retriever Pet marks a pioneering stride in the game, boasting a distinctive ability that allows its owner to ride on its back.

With this new update, players can now select various interactions upon choosing a pet, including options like petting, holding up, and riding. The pet system has undergone enhancements, granting players access to detailed information about their pets, including their level, EXP progress, desires, and more. While players can carry a pet around the island, the exclusive privilege of riding is currently limited to Retriever Pets.

Play Together also brings additional updates and events with the new pet system

Some multi-passenger vehicles have been updated to give players the option to let pets ride along, allowing players to bring along their pets on occasions such as a fishing trip at the sea. Additionally, the renovated Pet Paradise has missions planned for players and will reward Pet Coins when completed. These Pet Coins could also be acquired by sending a pet to Pet Island.

However, players must choose carefully as pets sent to Pet Island can no longer be seen once they leave. Also, two attendance events will be made available at the same time, giving players a chance to collect more rewards.

Players may participate in the Bow Wow Attendance event for a chance to acquire items such as the Retriever Ears Hairband while the Rolling Snowball may be collected by participating in the Rollin’ Winter Attendance event. Lastly, players could help Santa’s elves starting on the 14th of December by gathering the Stars that are floating around Kaia Island as part of the Santa’s Very Busy Workshop event.
