Lords Of The Fallen: All Stats, Explained

Lords of the Fallen features various stats, with some being familiar and others unique to the game.

While it may seem beneficial to concentrate on one stat and level it up extensively, it’s worth reconsidering this approach due to something called Soft Caps in the game. This guide will explain what Soft Caps are and how they function in Lords of the Fallen.

Soft Caps Explained

Player leveling up Inferno in Lords of the Fallen

Soft Caps function similarly to other Souls games when it comes to leveling up your stats. They act as thresholds reached at specific levels for each stat.

After hitting these thresholds, Soft Caps reduce the bonus you receive from further leveling up in that stat. You’ll observe a diminishing return compared to previous levels.

For instance, if you raise your Strength beyond 50, you’ll notice that with each subsequent level, the bonuses reduce.

This principle holds true for all other stats as well.

All stats have multiple Soft Cap thresholds. Upon reaching the first threshold, you’ll experience a slight reduction in the bonuses you receive.

However, when you reach the next threshold, you’ll notice a more significant reduction in these bonuses.

This is the point where you might consider focusing on leveling up other stats to gain bonuses from them and maintain a balanced build.

Here is a table displaying the Soft Cap values for all your character stats in the game:
