Com2uS’ puzzle RPG The Walking Dead Match 3 Tales opens pre-registration on Android

Com2uS has opened pre-registration for their upcoming puzzle RPG game, The Walking Dead Match 3 Tales, on the Android platform. This game draws inspiration from the widely popular post-apocalyptic comic series, The Walking Dead, and is set to arrive with high-quality animations and a stellar voice cast.

You might be familiar with The Walking Dead series, which is a highly acclaimed post-apocalyptic comic book series from Skybound Entertainment created by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. It made its debut in 2003 and ran for 193 issues, concluding in 2019. It also got a TV Series adaptation and a number of games among which Telltale Games made it available on mobile too.

This game expands upon the world of the original series, with a storyline inspired by the comic series. For a better experience, the game will also come with a talented voice cast bringing the characters to life. You can command a roster of 85 characters, including familiar faces like Rick Grimes, Glenn, and Morgan, along with some new additions.

Speaking of the gameplay in The Walking Dead Match 3 Tales, it is a survival puzzle RPG where you’ll engage in puzzle-solving battles against the Walkers. Set in a portrait mode experience, you will get to use unique character skills and combine blocks to unleash powerful attacks with the match-3 puzzles you solve. Survival is key as you must protect your base, explore, loot, and ambush to stay alive.

With The Walking Dead Match 3 Tales pre-registration now open, Android users can now pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, as of now, there is no shared store link for iOS players. We will provide an update once the iOS store link becomes available.
