Joining the action platformer genre is Elderand, which has received its official launch on Android and iOS platforms, priced at $4.99. Developed by PID Games, the game has already seen launches across multiple platforms such as PC, Nintendo Switch, and Consoles.
Elderand is a unique addition to the ever-popular 2D side-scrolling action genre. While it shares similarities with other titles in this category, it possesses its own distinctive qualities that make it a compelling and individual game within the genre. Here, players don the suit of a hero of an epic adventure set in an eerie Lovecraftian world filled with madness.
Players will get a full workaround of their character, as you can customize your character’s appearance, skills, stats, and weapons. There are RPG elements in the game that keep things engaging by allowing further tweaks on the game experience to best suit your play style. Exploration is another fun element, as you have a variety of locations to look forward to.
This includes a dense forest, a temple prison, floating islands, a haunted Cathedral, and the nightmarish realm of Elderand itself. You can use a variety of deadly weapons such as whips, swords, daggers, axes, bows, and more. Each weapon comes with unique stats and abilities. With more than 60 different enemy types available in the game, slaying them would definitely require the best of weapons.
Elderland is now available to download on mobile. Players can get the game from Google Play Store and App Store on Android and iOS respectively for a launch price of $4.99.
