Ghostface is coming soon Mortal Kombat 1and some fans think they've managed to expose the killer(s) as two relatively obscure Combatants from past games. Mortal Kombat 1 saw a lot of guest fighters and the killer Ghostface with Scream franchise will join them on November 19. Like any fan Scream movies can attest, part of Ghostface's terror is the idea that it could be anyone under Fun World's iconic “Ghost-Eyed” mask, and there's usually more than one Ghostface in action at once.
This week's Kombat Kast live stream shed some light on that Mortal Kombat 1version of Ghostface confirming that there are three killers similar to last year's Shout 6. The first is said to be the “original Ghostface” (presumably Billy Loomis or Stu Maher from the first Scream movie), while NetherRealm revealed that the other two are members of the villainous Black Dragon Clan who were recruited to help carry out Ghostface's latest rampage. For now, the two are known simply as The Enforcer and The Assassin, and players can switch between them during certain attacks.

As pointed out by Reddit user plastic-person180 on r/MortalKombat , the Enforcer (wielding a flat knife) is seen doing a flaming kick flip that Cobra used to use, while the Assassin (wielding a curved knife) does an upward slash like Kira.
Fans believe that the faces of Mortal Kombat 1 are Cobra and Kira
Cobra was first introduced as a member of the Black Dragon in the Mortal Kombat: Deceptionwhere he was recruited by the Cabal to help spread anarchy using his ruthless street fighting skills. Kira also debuted in the Deceptionand her calm demeanor contrasted with the more aggressive Cobra. Neither of these two assassins were playable in the main lane Deadly battle game ever since Mortal Kombat: Armageddonand most fans didn't expect to be led into a reboot Mortal Kombat 1 schedule so far.
Cobra and Cyrus are certainly sadistic enough to fill the role of Ghostface, and the killers were ex Deadly battle characters will certainly explain how the normally deadly Ghostface can stand up to his own Mortal Kombat 1A team of martial arts masters, ninja warriors and almighty gods. Of course, Ghostface's true identity likely won't be revealed until Arcade mode ends, and players will just have to wait until November 19th to see it for themselves.
