Phil Spencer is 57 as of 2025, which means that the performer may look at the prospect of leaving or go to another position at some point in his future. Judging by these statements, however, there is no specific plan to happen soon. At a minimum, it sounds as if Spencer will remain from the Xbox, at least in the next generation, that is, it could well work in Microsoft until the 2030s.

Unfortunately, not everyone in Microsoft is lucky to say the same thing. These dismissal also meant the cancellation of the games and the closure of the initiative that brought the reboot Perfect dark to life. Now this game is also lifted, and the title has never seen light day outside public trailers.

While this is an unhappy time for Microsoft staff and most of the gaming industry as a whole, Phil Spencer will have no place soon, banning any serious events and changes. According to Spencer, Microsoft staff is exposed to Wired.
