unfortunately Undisputed Art career mode may not have a game-like presentation or cinematic narrative Fight Night Champion. However, those who enjoy micromanaging their fighter's ascent to champion status will appreciate the careful attention given to team member recruitment.
Good trainers, staff and managers affect how quickly your fighter recovers from a boxing match, contracts, more fame and better training in the gym. With enough time, you can even unlock famous fighters like Jacob “Stitch” Duran, who has appeared in the corners of some of the most famous fighters in MMA and boxing.

The choice of your team is indisputable
When you start your career mode, you will be given a choice of trainers, cutters and managers. They aren't the best in the business, but they only take a small percentage of your fighter's salary and there are no minimum requirements to keep them.
Trainers
Even in the early stages, hiring the right coach is critical to your chosen style. If you want a faster fighter, hire a trainer with the best ratings in the areas you want. For example, an outside boxer requires speed, stamina, and good defense, so choose trainers with higher ratings in those areas. Strikers need to be strong and have good vitality, stamina and heart to survive knockdowns as they are aggressive fighters who can be caught by a good fighter.
Choose a trainer that has the traits you want for your fighter Indisputable. What's more, the better you perform, the more traits they unlock for your fighter thanks to increased proximity to winning fights under their watch.
You can too upgrade your trainers Indisputable with earned XP instead of moving on to the next one if you're happy with the traits you get from them. However, it's also a good idea to check out what other trainers have to offer.

Cutters
Katmen v Indisputable invaluable in your career mode. They will help your fighters heal and recover faster between bouts, and more importantly, provide stat-boosting bonuses such as reduced swelling, cuts, chin and body resistance that benefit your fighter when fighting in the ring. So pick a cutman with at least D one of these characteristics. Also, the cut rating in Physio will determine if your fighter will heal from minor injuries, while their surgery skills will determine if they will heal from major injuries when trying to pay for a quick recovery.
Managers
Managers will help you choose the next fight, negotiate the payment and get fame and notoriety in the next boxing match. Choosing a manager who has at least a The “D” is in negotiation can greatly increase your chances of getting the best contracts, offering a 90 percent statistical boost in the field. Earning more money is the goal in the early stages of your fighter's career.

How to change your team in Undisputed
You can change your coaches, managers and personnel Indisputable before or after the scheduled fight. Once you've set a fight date with your current team, you can't change team members or cancel your contract. While your rookie team won't incur fines for breach of contract, subsequent teams you hire with better stats will charge anywhere from a few hundred to tens of thousands of dollars.
Hiring a new team
To hire a new team at unquestionably open your own Career center and go to My team tab. Open the profile of your coach, manager or manager and select Browse other coaches, staff or managers. This will give you a list of managers you can hire. However, most of them have certain requirements that you must meet before they become members of your team.
- Subscription cost: How much money do they require before signing a contract.
- Minimum Notability: Many trainers will only agree to be on your team if you have high numbers in fame status.
- Cost per fight: The percentage they take of your winnings per fight.
- Cost of contract termination: The amount charged by the team member if you terminate the contract before the minimum contract term.
- Contract: How many fights does a team member serve before you have to pay another signing fee or hire someone else without penalty.
Don't rush to change your team if your fighter is low rated. Instead, you can switch between the three rookie trainers, masters and managers offered when you turn pro for free, allowing you to gauge their traits before committing to expensive new team members.
These are all things you need to consider moving forward and recruiting new team members to increase your chances of becoming the undisputed champion in your weight class.
