How to play as Broly (Super) in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero

With lots of characters to choose from Dragon Ball: Sparking Zerohard to decide who to play. You can just play classic characters like Goku or Vegeta. Or would you like to play as one of the strongest opponents the duo has ever faced, Broly.

A powerful Saiyan warrior capable of dealing massive amounts of damage that is amplified through his transformations. This guide will go over his abilities as well as each of his transformations to better understand his set.

Broly (base form)

Combinations

Broly's melee attacks are quite slow and, as such, are susceptible to interruption before he can do any significant damage. It is recommended to mix and grind different combos and mix in some Ki bursts to deal said damage.

• Gut Punch is a quick attack stun the opponent for about one secondwhich allows you to get multiple hits or maybe perform special moves.

• Spin Kick will force the enemy to deploywhich makes it a bit more difficult to defend against further melee attacks.

• Knock Back Blast will push the opponent awaywhich gives you a few seconds to charge your Ki sensor.

Skills and special moves

In his base form, Broly skills revolve around fully charging his Ki Gauge. These skills prove to be particularly effective as a fully charged Ki sensor allows Broly to dish out high-damage combos while still incorporating his special moves. During combinations, quick activation of one of these skills will give more opportunities to deal serious damage to the opponent.

• Full-Power Charge will fully charge your Ki sensor after a short activation.

• It will go crazy instantly activate spark fire mode after a short activation.

• Fires Full-Power Energy Wave beam attack that will track the targetwith

• Gigantic Crash will force Broly to rush straight at the opponent and grab him.

• Gigantic Impact, similar to Gigantic Crash, will dash at the opponent and deal heavy damage when connected.

Avoid using Gigantic Crash/Impact from a neutral position because they are very risky to execute and can easily be dodged or blocked.

Broly (Super Saiyan)

Combinations

After transforming into a Super Saiyan, Broly's Key Sensor will be fully restored and his total attack damage will be slightly increased. But first of all his Spin Kick and Knock Back Blast combo inputs have been swapped. Be sure to remember this after transforming so you don't mess up your momentum during a combo.

After performing the transformation, Broly cannot return to any of his previous forms.

Skills and special moves

Broly's skills and special moves also change after transforming with an increasing their damage as well as changing costs. Also, his special moves Gigantic Crash as well as Sparking Ultimate Gigantic Impact now replaced with ranged attacks rather than previous quick attacks.

• Saiyan Spirit will provide a boosts Broly's attacks and defenses for a short time after a short activation time.

• Howl works similarly to the Going Berserk skill activate Sparkling mode after a short activation.

• The Giant Canon fires a powerful beam with high damage that can be enhanced by consuming additional Ki.

• There will be a giant fury rush at the opponentdealing moderate damage before discarding them, allowing for further combo expansion.

• Gigantic Ball creates a giant sphere that cannot be blocked and transactions a huge amount of damage when connected.

After performing Gigantic Rage in Sparking Mode, immediately perform another special move or Instant Transfer Extender to increase the damage output.

Broly (Super Saiyan Full Power)

Combinations

Broly's final and most powerful transformation, like his previous transformation, greatly increase all damage with the same added advantage fully restoring his Ki Gauge. His combos also change once again, this time going back to the original inputswith only one exception. Knock Back Blast combo replaced with Ki Burst releases a sphere around Brolyknocking the enemy back when they are hit by it.

Ki Burst will hit the opponent even if they are behind Broly as long as they are within range.

Skills and special moves

Once again, Broly's skills and traits have been changed with new costs. While most of his kit has remained somewhat unchanged, the two most notable are the skill Wild Move and the special move Meteor Blast.

• A wild move instantly teleports Broly right behind the opponentcausing them to lose their vision for a few seconds, leaving them open to attack.

• Unbridled instinct, like his previous skills, will instantly activate spark fire mode with an added advantage increasing all of his damage output for all time.

• Gigantic Canon remains unchanged except a higher damage output.

• The explosion Meteor creates a big explosion at Broly's current positiondealing massive damage.

• A gigantic disaster shoots a beam and deals the most damage of all previous final.

Wild Move is a very versatile skill, capable of both avoiding damage and jumping on opponents who are trying to charge up their Ki.
