How to get Wood Acid in Enshrouded?
Wood acid is a manufactured material and you can unlock its recipe after you make charcoal for the first time. That being said, you will be the first a coal stove is neededwhich you can do after freeing the Blacksmith Wrapped up. Fortunately, the Blacksmith is the first NPC that players can unlock, so it won't take long to get the material needed to craft Wood Acid.
You need 20 stones to build a coal stove. When you have enough materials, build a furnace and place it in any suitable location. Interact with it, then click on Review of recipes button on the right side of the screen. It takes 15 wooden logs and 3 dirt to make 10 Wood Acid, so make sure you have a bunch of materials on hand if you're planning on mass production.
It takes a whole seven minutes for one batch of wood acid to finish the craft. If you want to make a lot of this, we suggest making another coal furnace.
A coal furnace can be built by interacting with a blacksmith. After talking to him, choose the Crafting option and once you make the coal stove, it will be added to your inventory.
Why do you need wood acid?
There are many items that require wood acid as an ingredient. This mostly medicinal or utility itemsso you can keep a healthy supply of wood acid on hand just in case.
- Antiseptic
- Flare Arrow
- Healing channel spell
- Nitrate
- Purified mucus
- Survival Vial in Shroud
- tin ingots

Players will need Shroud Survival Vials if they want to explore shrouded areas in Wrapped up longer without dying.
