Energy beams have always played an important role in Dragon ball franchises, and this is true once again Dragon Ball: Sparkling! ZERO. If players find themselves on the receiving end of one, some may try to move out of its way or block it to minimize damage. However, for those who know how, there is a third option: deflection beams.

How to unlock every character in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO
There are 47 unlockable characters in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, most of which can be purchased in various ways.
Using a skill known as Perception, Dragon Ball: Sparkling! ZERO players can deflect energy beams and ki blasts, which can get pretty clutch in certain situations. In fact, they will need to use this skill as part of the Goku Battle Episode saga, which requires players to deflect a wrecking ball to unlock an alternate timeline.
How to deflect a crusher ball upon arrival at planet Namek
In order to hit Jeice's Crusher Ball, players will need around one bar and two skill points. The former is necessary because they'll have to use Perception to parry powerful ki attacks, and Perception constantly drains Ki while it's being used. The latter is important because deflecting a super loss costs two skill points, which players can track in the upper left corner of the screen. Assuming they have these two things, the process of rejecting a Jeice crusher ball is actually very simple.
Players who have trouble deflecting Jeice's Crusher Ball attack should switch to Easy difficulty. This disables the secondary target, which automatically forces Jace to switch to Burter after his health drops to a certain level. Players can then return to the encounter on standard difficulty and defeat Jeice as normal to experience what if? script.
Players must begin combat as normal and then wait for Jeice to prepare to use Crusher Ballwho's easy enough to identify thanks to a short cutscene where he says, “That's the end of it!” Once this happens, players must be quick press and hold Circle (Playstation) or B (Xbox).which activates Perception. If done correctly and the players have accumulated two skill points, Goku will catch and deflect the wrecking ball, causing Jace to leave the fight and Burter to take his place.
Those using classic controls will need to press and hold Circle + Triangle (PlayStation) or B + Y (Xbox).
How to deflect beams in Dragon Ball: Spark! ZERO
The process of rejecting other types of beams and ki bursts in Dragon Ball: Sparkling! ZERO exactly the same as described above. As long as players have enough ki and a few skill points accumulated, they will be able to deflect beams and energy waves at pressing and holding the Circle (Playstation) or B (Xbox) button moments before impact.
