Unlike Fallout 76The new four-star legendary Vulcan Power Armor and its modifications are non-tradeable, so the only option for players to obtain this set of power armor is by completing skirmishes in the Gleaming Depths raid. Although the new raid is extremely difficult, this new power armor may be worth the effort considering it has some of the highest stats and a very useful set bonus.
