Introduced over 1,000 chapters ago as the first person the Straw Hats ever met on the Grand Line, Crocus is a fan-favorite character whose whole situation with Labun really shows how incredible Oda's omen really is. When the team met Crocus, he was a jovial and grumpy old man taking care of Laboon at the lighthouse, but what the fans didn't know at the time was that the first man they met on the Grand Line was one of the few survivors people had seen. One Piece and knew the entire history of the world!
