Among us
Speak up now or you'll be banned forever
While Among Us may seem like a simple game of deception and deduction, it actually tests your persuasive skills. Unlike other games with pre-set dialogue options, here you decide what to say to convince other players of your innocence using your keyboard and your best poker face.
Whether you're an impostor or a crew member, your only saving grace is how convincing you are. Words are your weapon here, because without them you're flying off into space.

Fallout: New Vegas
Revenge or romance? Why not both?
Fallout: New Vegas
- Released
-
October 19, 2010
Remember Benny? You know, the guy who shot you at the beginning of Fallout: New Vegas? Well, there are a lot of results for Benny as well as you. You can finish him off straight away, or if you're feeling bold, you can flirt with him (if you're playing a female character) and even form an alliance with Caesar to capture him, leading to a creative ending.
You also have the option of freeing Benny from Caesar by playing a double game. Just know that releasing him can bring the entire Roman Legion down on you. So be careful with your decision because in New Vegas your dialogue choices can really be a matter of life and death.

FOR/MIN
In Disco Elysium, your ability to navigate the world is based almost entirely on intuition and dialogue. Fighting is rare, and instead your success depends on how you fight your way through difficult situations.
One of the most tense moments in the game involves a confrontation with Ruby, the suspect in the murder you are investigating. You need to do a few extra actions and bring certain characters with you to properly prepare for this moment. If you do everything right, you can avoid a deadly confrontation…

Alpha protocol
Flirting with danger
Alpha Protocol may be over a decade old, but its dialogue system is still top-notch. You decide who you are: an undercover agent, a brute force, or a gentle chatterbox who can charm (or bribe) your way out of any situation. And yes, money talks here too.

9 games with a powerful message about loneliness
These games offer an impressive experience of solitude.
One of the most iconic moments? Meeting with the Russian SIE mercenary. You can either fight her at the risk of your life, or convince her to side with you if you're feeling diplomatic (or flirtatious). Yes, cuteness can get you not only out of a fight, but into a… romantic situation, and it can even be your leader in the final mission. Who knew flirting could save a life?

Witcher 3
Forgive or take revenge?
In The Witcher 3, there is always a choice between settling things peacefully or going full Butcher of Blaviken. Saving lives can pay off, as seen in Leto of Goulet, one of the witchers and also the antagonist of The Witcher 2.
If you choose to spare Leto in the second game, he will reappear in The Witcher 3. When Geralt meets him again, their long-standing encounter could end in bloodshed…or you can convince Leto to come over to your side, giving you a powerful ally to the battle is ahead. It's all about how you handle the situation; forgive or revenge?

Detroit: Become Human
Bromance or not?
Detroit: Become Human dives headfirst into artificial intelligence and all the ethical chaos that comes with it (hello, Elon Musk's future robots). The real action is how your words can change the entire plot and relationship. The main characters, Connor, Marcus, and Kara, all have story arcs shaped by your dialogue choices.

One of the most memorable exchanges is between Connor and Hank, a grumpy cop who hates robots. What you say could create a strong bond or… end with Hank shooting Connor in the face. Each conversation brings you closer to deciding whether to keep him out in the cold, or to the realization that maybe, just maybe, even robots can have feelings.

Baldur's gate 3
Next time just obey
Baldur's Gate 3 is a master class in decision making. With 17,000 possible endings, every word counts. There are several moments where choosing the wrong answer can lead to the death of not only you, but your entire team.
For example, if you disrespect Vlaakith. That's right, if you choose to appear smug and meet her with a cheeky smile, you're signing a death warrant for yourself and your party. Next time just get on your knees.

Mass Effect 2
A galaxy of choice
- Released

January 26, 2010
Mass Effect is a constellation of choices where every decision matters and every word echoes throughout the saga. It tracks your relationships, alliances, and dialogue, so choose wisely. Your words can make or break friendships and affect the fate of you and your team. A standout is the final mission of Mass Effect 2, known as the Suicide Mission (really an encouraging title).
You must be a true commander: you will not only lead the team, but also choose the right words to increase morale and efficiency, influencing the results of your team. Every decision you make up to this point determines your fate: can you save everyone, including yourself?
