Halloween has always been an important time for Phasmophobia. Although Paranormal Horror first hit Early Access in September 2020, it really took off a month later when countless Twitch streamers played the game on Halloween. PhasmophobiaIts innovative multiplayer mechanics and framework made it the perfect experience for those streaming to audiences, and it quickly became a social media sensation.
Over the past four years, developer Kinetic Games has continued to work with the community to expand and improve Phasmophobia. While the game isn't quite ready for full release yet, it has just hit another major milestone with its launch on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation VR2. There's no better way to celebrate this momentous occasion than with a big in-game event PhasmophobiaThe 2024 Halloween event should keep fans busy this spooky season.

Phasmophobia was purposely designed so that its players would never have a chance to fight ghosts, so that they would feel as helpless as possible.
Explanation of the Scarlet Eye Phasmophobia event
Now available on all platforms, PhasmophobiaHalloween 2024 brings back last year's Blood Moon. This Blood Moon introduced new weather effects to the game, turning the sky on several maps blood red. This limited-time event runs until November 13th, giving players just a few weeks to get their hands on some awesome, spooky exclusive rewards.
During PhasmophobiaIn the Crimson Eye event, players will be challenged to complete three tasks on four modified event maps: Point Hope, Grafton Farm, Edgefield Road, and Will Street. Players will need to correctly identify ghosts on the map, complete additional objectives, and photograph any Blood Moon Totems they find scattered around the map. After taking the right photo, these totems will disappear.
After all objectives are completed, players must interact with the Blood Altar located in the Phasmophobialobby. If the community continues to complete these tasks and maintain their blood points, the game will reward everyone with exclusive cosmetics. Completing the first stage of the event's community goals will reward everyone with a Blood Moon ID. Completing the second stage will give them an enhanced ID. After completing the final stage, they will receive the Blood Moon Trophy and permanently unlock the Blood Moon weather effect.
However, accomplishing these tasks can be easier said than done. PhasmophobiaThe Crimson Eye event will increase the enemy's aggression and strength, resulting in a more challenging experience for novice ghost hunters. Fortunately, players who complete these harder matches will receive an additional 10% bonus for post-match rewards. Players will also be able to follow the progress of the community via PhasmophobiaA new event board that can be found between the truck and the inner door of the warehouse.

For now PhasmophobiaThe Crimson Eye event is the biggest item in the game's Halloween 2024 update, there were several other additions, tweaks and fixes that are also included in the 0.11.0 update. The very last Phasmophobia The update includes the following additions and changes:
- Cross-play between PC and console players is now possible
- An event board has been added
- Improved environmental physics
- Latin American support for Spanish
- The ability to invite friends directly through the Steam friends list
- Improved optimization in all directions, resulting in more stable fps
- Tons of fixes, including improved localization support, ghost animation fixes, controller input fixes, and investigation board tweaks
Phasmophobia is a co-op psychological horror game for 4 players. You and your team of paranormal investigators will travel to haunted locations filled with paranormal activity and try to collect as much evidence as possible. Use your ghost hunting equipment to find and record evidence to sell to the ghost removal team.

Unique Ghosts: Identify over 20 different types of ghosts, each with unique traits, personalities and abilities to make each investigation feel different from the last.
Equipment: Use well-known ghost hunting equipment such as EMF readers, perfume boxes, thermometers and night vision cameras to find clues and collect as much paranormal evidence as possible. Find cursed possessions that give information or abilities in exchange for your mind.
Full voice recognition: Ghosts are listening! Use your real voice to interact with ghosts through Ouija boards and EVP sessions with the Spirit Box.
Places: Choose from over 10 different haunted locations, each with unique twists, hideouts, and layouts.
Game modes: With 5 standard difficulties and hand-crafted weekly challenges, there are plenty of ways to test your skills.
Team work: Dive in headfirst, get your hands dirty in search of evidence, fighting for your life. If you're not up to the task, stay safe and support your team from the truck by monitoring the investigation with CCTV cameras and motion sensors.
User complexity: Create your own games to adapt the difficulty to your needs or your group's needs, with proportional rewards, and come up with your own crazy game modes!
