Everything you need to know about the November Raids for Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go offers raids if you're looking for adventure in your app. Raids require trainers to team up with others to battle extremely powerful and complex Pokemon, rewarding you with the opportunity to catch and add that Pokemon to your team after defeat.

Each month, some of the Pokemon found in raids change; traditionally the ones that are stronger and appear in higher level raid battles. Pokemon Go will make several legendary and mega-evolved Pokemon available in raids, each of which will appear at specific times throughout the month. This guide will be updated monthly, so be sure to check back for the latest information on Pokemon Go Raiding.

Now we know what to expect all November, including five star raids, mega raids, shadow raids and raid hours. Several raid Pokemon are returning this month, giving you the chance to catch each one and add to your Pokemon Go collection. Here's everything you need to prepare for November 2024.

Five-star raids

It will be throughout November several Pokemon that appear in five-star raids, some appear in the same week period as others. In November this includes:

Each of these five-star raid Pokemon will be available in raids for at least a week, giving you plenty of time to raid and catch each of these Legendary Pokemon. Below you can find the exact time each of these Pokemon will appear in five-star raids in November.

The start and end times of each window in which these Pokemon appear in raids will be 10 am local time.

Lugia caught in raid battles this month will know their Featured Charged Attack Aeroblast.

Also, Origin Forme Dialga and Palkia caught between November 18th (10:00am local time) and November 24th (11:59pm local time) will have a chance to learn about their Signature Adventure Effect moves.

Mega raids

This month you can expect to see five different Mega Evolutions in Pokemon Go Mega Raids. You'll have the chance to meet and catch both of these Pokemon throughout November, each of which will be available on specific days and times.

In the month of November, Mega Manectric, Mega Salamence, Mega Beedrill, Mega Ampharos and Mega Altaria will appear in Mega Raids.

In addition to meeting each of these Pokemon, you'll get Mega Energy for the Pokemon you defeat in these raids is a resource used to obtain and use your own Mega Evolutions.

These Pokemon will be available at various times throughout this month, each of which are listed below.

The start and end times of each window in which these Pokemon appear in raids will be 10 am local time.

Elite raids

Elite raids will force you and other trainers to battle extremely powerful raid Pokemon, surpasses in difficulty all other raid levels in the game.

Additionally, these raids differ from other raids due to the personal participation requirements, limiting the use of Remote Raid Passes when participating in this new PvE feature.

This means that you will have to team up with other trainers locally to successfully take down Pokemon in elite raids, as soloing will be impossible.

For November 2024 Currently, no Elite Raid Days have been announced yet. That being said, an Elite Raid day can always be added to the calendar, so stay tuned for Pokemon Go news and announcements throughout the month.

When Elite Raid Day is announced for November, you can expect to find featured Pokemon in Elite Raids throughout the day by spawning at certain times on the day of the event.

Elite Raid Eggs will spawn in raids prior to the start of the Elite Raid Dayso be sure to take this into consideration when deciding on your location.

Raid hours

Pokemon Go will have several hours of raids throughout November.

Occurs with From 18:00 local time to 19:00 local time there will be several hours of raids throughout November, happens more often than in previous months. Each of these Raid Hour events will a feature of a certain five-star raid Pokemon, mainly Pokemon available in November raids including:

• Nothing

• Tapu Koko

• Origin of Forme Dialga

• Origin of Forme Palkia

• Zatsyan

• Zamazenta

• Regileki

• Rehydra

A featured Pokemon that works as in past raid hours will be the only Pokemon in raids during that time period, occur more often than usual. These Pokemon and their raid hour date are listed below.

You will receive a reward for the month of November one rare XL candy whenever you complete a five-star raid during the raid hour face to face

On Wednesday, November 27 of this year. Zacian, Zamazenta, Regieleki and Regidrago will be available during the same Raid Hour event.

Shadow raids

Shadow raids is a new feature that was recently introduced to Pokemon Go, Raids task you with defeating various Shadow Pokemon in exchange for a chance to catch and claim them. These raids are similar to elite raids can only be done in person ban participation through the use of Remote Raid Pass.

Also, over time in these raids, the Shadow Pokemon will become enraged, increasing both offensive and defensive stats. Enraged Shadow Pokemon can be tamed with help Cleaned Gemstones, bring their stats back to their original level.

In the month of November, you can expect to find Shadow Suicune in Shadow Raids on weekends. Make sure you go into this raid with proper preparation because it's not going to be an easy battle.
