Director Dead by Daylight Mathieu showed that he tried to put a pair of killers of the game in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

When we asked what kind of killers he wanted there, he said either a trap or perhaps a hunter.

Unfortunately, Nintendo is a massive wet blanket, and “very beautifully and very politely” told the director that he would not happen.
Dead by Daylight is perhaps one of the predecessors of the Crossover video games, bringing horror icons from all over the world to scare away the living day light from all who play. However, the same thing cannot be said about the original creations of Dead by Daylight, because if the game has everything: from Michael Maers to Xenomorph, we did not actually see that the original “behavior” killers invaded other media.
Apparently, this is not due to the lack of attempts, as we recently discovered that the director of Dead by Daylight Mathee Kot actually tried to get a voyage of the game in another game. Although there is probably a bunch of other horror games that can be realistically benefiting from Dead by Daylight Crossover, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was not one of them.
Director Dead by Daylight tried to get the Trapper at Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
So, in an interview with TheGamer in Pax, the cat shows that he “tried to die with daylight in Smash Bros.”, which would certainly accept the crown for the fancy crossover, which happened to. We then asked him what character he wanted to add to the big Nintendo fighter, to which he said, “The paraper, because he may be a boy -poster or a hunter.”

Unfortunately, Nintendo didn't really see that Jiv with the idea of such heroes as Mario and Linka, beating serial killers because “very beautifully and very politely told me, probably no.” This is a reasonable solution from Nintendo, given that the trapeer that waves an ax around the final destination can ruin the family vibration that the game went, but I can't say I was disappointed that it never happened.
But hey we know that the director of Super Smash Bros. Masahiro Sakura is working on a new game that can become a new Smash game for Nintendo Switch 2. All I say is never saying and I will support behavior attempts to get a serial killer in a broken check.
