The Edge of Glory side quest is given to players A man with decorations on the board of sheds in the Grand Trad. Players can access the quest after completing the story until September 26 Metaphor: ReFantazio.
He will tell you about a place near Altabera called Mount Vulcan. You will need to find the War King's legendary greatsword there and return it to the Decorated Man to complete this side quest.
After accepting the quest, Mount Vulcan will be unlocked on the map, so players must head there on the Gauntlet Runner.

- Go into the cave, turn left at the T-junction and keep moving forward.
- After passing the NPC, turn right and keep moving forward until you see a pit to jump into.

- Turn 180 degrees and keep moving forward, passing through lion enemies until you see a narrow cave opening to the left. Go through it and climb the stairs inside.
- Once at the top, look behind you to see a small opening on the ledge that you can climb through.
- After crawling through the opening, go left past two pits and narrowly bypass the third one, which will lead you to a room with a ladder.
- After climbing this ladder and two others, keep moving forward towards the cavers and turn right from the pit.
- Heading further into the cave, you'll find a chest on the left that will give you a Rusty Greatsword item.
