All Candlehop locations in Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Candlehops are some creatures in the Dragon Age: The Veilguard which players can collect while exploring the city of Doc. However, keep in mind that not all candlehops are available from the start, as some are locked for certain quests.

After collecting all the candles in Dock Town, Rook will be taken to a secret room in the Shadow Dragons base, which contains a couple of chests in Dragon Age: The Veilguard and a unique item. There are seven of them in total places of candlesticks in Dragon Age: The Veilguardso don't forget to collect them all to enjoy the rewards.

Candlehop Location #1

The first location of the candlestick is near the secret entrance to the Shadow Dragon hideout. This is likely the first candlestick that players will encounter during Neve's Companion quest “Exploring Dock City”, which triggers the search for the rest of the candlesticks.

Candlehop Location #2

You can find the second candlestick in the courtyard of Andraste Temple. Enter the temple, then go south through the small door to find it next to a table with a note. You may have to kill enemies when entering the temple.

Candlehop Location #3

Head northeast from Dock City and climb the stairs. Jump to the other roof, then drop south to the wooden platform. Drop down to the ground below again to find a candlestick in front of a closed door between two wooden structures.

Candlehop Location #4

Go to the waypoint near the entrance to the catacombs and turn east to go up the stairs to reach the small docks overlooking the ship and get the fourth candlehop.

Candlehop Location #5

Head to the west docks and approach the ship. Use it to get to the other side where the chest is Dragon Age: The Veilguardand climb the stairs across. The candlestick is inside this small room.

Candlehop Location #6

You will receive an invitation to the Black Emporium sometime after you progress to Act 2 and complete some side quests. The candle holder is in the main room near a table full of trinkets and items.

Candlehop Location #7

After completing a few of Niva's companion quests, you'll eventually work with Thread and unlock a previously locked section of Dox City. Head to the Thread Market and go west to enter the room. The seventh and last candlestick on the corner.

After collecting all the candles in Dragon Age: The Veilguardgo back to where you found the first creature (to the Shadow Dragon base) and interact with the creature near the blue barrier to remove it. Go inside to open the chests and enjoy the rewards.
