Bandai Namco and Dimps have released a new one Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 trailer for the Future Saga Expansion, with the next DLC chapter dedicated to Gods of Destruction with Dragon Ball Super. After eight years Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2In its initial release, the game is still supported to this day. Dimps and Bandai Namco periodically update the game with free updates and paid DLC, adding new playable characters and transformations. One of the biggest content updates is a new storyline exclusive to the game, focusing on the villain Fu.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2The four-part Future Saga expansion focuses on Fu, a villain who traveled through time and experimented with Dragon Ball history to create many what-if scenarios. These range from Tapion coming to Future Trunks' aid in Goku's Black Saga to Vegeta being given his Super Saiyan God form before he reaches it in the series timeline. Fu's experiments with time travel continue in Chapter 2, where he messes with characters from Dragon Ball Superin particular Pride Troopers and Gods of Destruction.


This new teaser trailer for Chapter 2 of the Future Fu saga pits Toppo and Dyspo from Universe 10's Pride Troopers against three Dragon Ball Superdeities of destruction, the Gods of Destruction: particularly Beerus, Ciampa, and Belmod. Goku himself also somehow gets involved, where he has to fend off an energy blast that could destroy the planet, leading to the Gods of Destruction and the Honor Marines teaming up to fight against the enhanced Fu, who is somehow able to stand up to them all.


Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Future Saga teases ultra-supervillain Jiren

The trailer also shows an Ultra Supervillain form for Jiren, the same transformation Fu gave to Goku Black and Vegeta in Chapter 1 of the Future Saga. The Ultra Supervillain gives Jiren a pinkish aura, turns his iridescent eyes to the same color, and has a crystal sticking out of it. The trailer features Jiren and Fu teaming up to fight against the player's Time Patrol protagonist, as well as a clash between the Ultra-Supervillain Jiren and Super Saiyan Blue Goku. Towards the end of the trailer, Goku uses his Mastered Ultra Instinct transformation, ready to confront Jiren and stop his out of control power. No release date has been set for the second chapter, except that it will be “soon.”
