BioShock 4 may borrow one franchise revival trick, but it probably shouldn't

It would be interesting to see how BioShock 4The main character will interact with the three main characters and how they can help each other navigate Aurora and Borelid. While this would deviate from the successful formula already established by Ken Levine's Irrational Games, it's also a great way to stand out from the rest and fully expand the franchise's multiverse angle, especially since it hasn't been used since BioShock Infinite and the Burial At Sea DLC. It would be a waste if the next game ignored the interesting time travel and dimension jumping aspects of the franchise.

BioShock 4 shouldn't rely too heavily on the past
