Wrexham

After back-to-back promotions, Wrexham find themselves near the top of League 1. Their transfer budget is a bit low compared to some of the other teams in the division, but those looking to continue the club's Welsh exit from the Conference will likely relish the challenge. If funds are really an issue, players can opt for Birmingham City instead and try to help the League One club back to the Premier League, but Wrexham's story is far more romantic.
Chelsea

Apart from Manchester City, no other British club has a bigger transfer budget than Chelsea at the start of this year's career mode. Of course, the players could easily make up the difference by selling some of the many players the central London club currently have. They can then use that money to add to the many future stars already working at Stamford Bridge. Pochettino may have failed last season, but skilled managers in career mode should be able to thrive at Chelsea despite high expectations.
Sports CP
Transfer budget for season 24-25: £22,924,808
Those hoping to build a team for the future while still experiencing some challenges need look no further than Sporting CP. The club's squad is already full of exciting young stars, especially when it comes to centre-backs with high potential, but their current starting line-up is far from world-class. If nurtured properly, Sporting's squad will be more than capable of competing at the highest level, although the players may need to sell a player or two before they can properly invest in the squad.
